Q.

my girl baby is 2.8 yrs old.. she is not speaking other than Amma, daddy.. when we try to reach she is not concentrating.. not giving eye contact, she is very hyperactive..not speaking but acting.. what is the prblm .. is it any disorder.. please guide us.. thanks
