my girl baby is 1.5 years old she has cold and cough from 2 days currently I am giving her maxtra-p 5 ml 3 times. but she has a problem when she sleep. what should I do

A. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nsasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your dodctor and give warm water to drink.
