Q.

My girl baby birth weight was 2.5 and now she is 9.4. Is that ok or less? What can I feed her with to increase her weight?

A. weight is good as per birth weight. but still you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy growth and weight gain

A. hello , if baby is physically active and eating habits are normal then no need to worry. give weight gaining fruits like Banana chiko custard apple also energetic foods like Ragi rice porridges Suji halwa Sheera multigrain laddu..
