my girl baby 9 month old getting darker day by day and skin has also become dry pls suggest a good soap and powder??can we use powder to baby or cream which is better?

It will help in settling the skin because if your child is having too much of dryness it will handle the dryness issue in the screen but I really cannot tell you whether the complexion of the child is going to become better or not because there are no such products actually
