Apply Boroline antiseptic cream or you can apply EVIOn vitamin E cream this is going to help in reducing dryness from the skin of the child and also check with your doctor if the skin is dry or there is any other issue that you can see you can also apply almond oil and castor oil regularly to maintain moisturising in the skin
