my girl 15 month look like thin plz give an weight gain tip

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain, Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.

A. hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your child daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
