Q.
my friend's son 3 month old was preterm of birth wt 2.2 kg..now he has poor weight gain .only 3.2 kg.what all are the neasures to be taken.exclusively breat feeding..expressed milk is also giving..baby is vomiting small amount immediately after the feed..pls give suggestions

Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. good evening the weight gain is a little bit on the lower side I will recommend you to try to give small quantities of feeding but at regular intervals so that the child is able to digest it properly
