my four months old son is having red rashes on skin turning to brown and is spreading on face. is it serious??

Could be associated with ringworm or fungal infection so it’s better to take an assessment with your doctor in the first place to understand exactly what’s the situation and accordingly can guide you with some ointment to apply some oral medicine if needed
