my four months old baby rarely smile at me, not Everytime..is this normal?

Obviously it is very normal as a child child cannot keep giving a social smile all the time just by looking at you a child is very moody Ide only smile when they want to its a beyond our control it is completely going to be dependent from child to child and their mood
