my four months baby having small white patch over Chin,any thing serious

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further assistance. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
