my four month old baby got red small bumps on face and legs, what is it. does she need any treatment

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 4 months of age most of the times the red bumps baby is having baby allergic rashes you can apply calamine lotion and them for relief . .
