my four month old baby girl has watery poop today for five times from 6.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m is this normal

A. do not worry it is normal as long as giving mothers milk. some baby will be passing very loose motions event 10 to 12 times per day in first 3 to 4 months of age no need to worry if the baby is having proper weight gain passing urine at least 8 to 10 times

Q. I have twins one boy and one girl. Now they are 9 month and 2 days old but still they did not sleep well in the night and wake up every 2 or 3 hours.
