My four month old baby boy has developed these red bumps could u see the picture and tell whether it is ant bite or something else?

A. Looks like your child has been brutally bitten by stingy mosquitoes this is what it is looking like so currently I’m just going to advise you to apply coconut oil this is going to help and you can also apply calamine lotion to dry them
