A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like pain in your soles of foot so mostly it is a calcaneal spur or vitamin and calcium deficiency and your so you are having pain

A. this can be due to nutritional deficiency so kindly take iron folic acid vitamin b12 and vitamin d and if the problem still continues it is advisable to meet your doctor for further examination
