my five months old baby's buttocks hole portion is get heavy rashes. reddish colour.... is it necessary to bring him hospital?

Give major diaper free time it is due to diaper.apply coconut oil you can also use diper rash cream.if you are using cloth disper then change as soon as it wet.gradullay rash reduce dint worry about that.still you want you can take him yo your pediatrician.
