Ideal age gap between babies depends on few factors - your medical condition, parents mental readiness for having another child, family support and how independent first baby is. Ideally a gap of 3-4 years, will be fine, but it can vary in different conditions.
If you already had C-section delivery first, most chances are that another one will also be the same as the scar does not heal so early and it has chances of tearing off.
