Q.

my eleven month old baby is coughing a lot. can anyone suggest what kind of food or meal I can give him (medicine are going on)

A. Currently you can give more of liquid diet to the child it’s easier for them to consume because due to cough sometimes the throat is so badly choked that they don’t like to eat so best to give them more of liquid which is what is going to be healthy and beneficial you can give Khichdi porridge soups they’re going to be very good
