my elder son is 9yeaes old....and he pass so much gas...n weight is increasing....whet should I do ?

Hello Ma’am Gas is okay that’s probably sometimes due to indigestion or acidity apart from that I can tell if your child is gaining weight then it would touch obesity also or it could be a sign of thyroid as well so immediately consult your doctor and go for all the necessary check up to be more sure about the reason behind
