my elder son age is 4.5 years he is speeking but not fluently very less words only less words which is repeating from us but unable to communicate with us is there any problem can I go for any consultation for my kid

A. need to do neurologically examine the baby for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
