My elder daughter 5 Y 11 M and younger daughter 3 Y 3 M. I am working woman.It is very difficult to feed both.My elder daughter nearly take 1 hr to eat food even by giving food by me and they do not eat food by themselves how to habituate to eat food by themselves

A. Hi mom Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating. Do not give mobile or TV while eating food. This will delays the eating of food. Make ur kids sits properly on the dining table with other family members. This encourages eating.
