Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially bufor sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquidts and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

But who told you that your stomach is going to become low if you were close to your delivery it doesn’t work like that you will have regular Kara Shweta inte well dail be hardness in your stomach like rock solid sometimes you can have a vaginal discharge of brown or red colour so that’s also one find that you have hit your labour but having a low stomach is not happening
