Q.

My dr advised me to give salt and sugar for my 10 month ild. Is it safe?

A. dear mom. it is good to use it in baby food afyer 1 year of age. you can make your babys food intresting by adding littke amount of spices, dates, jaggery , fruit puree in suitable food.
