my doughter 9 year old she is not properly continue take food what a good food for him tell me sir....I mean sir u sujes me a good Healdy meeals

A. Hi Give adequate water Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi apple banana mango juice etc Milk products cereals whole grains pulses etc Make meal time fun with toys
