Q.
My doctor prescribed cabergoline 0.25 to stop breast feed as I have lactating fibroadenoma with 7mm size and baby is now 14 months old, since yesterday night I have started using the cabergoline and completely stopped bf, now I have fully swollen painful breasts, do I need to express the milk out manually or wear a tight cloth as suggested by doctor??

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom As ur breast is engorged u can express ur milk and discard it. As ur baby has stopped sucking, the milk production will get stopped. U can also do as directed by the doctor. Take care
