A. mmr stands for measles mumps and rubella. you have to give three dosage of this vaccine at 9 months of age then at 15 months of age and at 5 years of age. vitamin a is usually given along with mmr vaccine. at present government covers only mr vaccine while in private mmr vaccine is available.c mr vaccine stands for measles and rubella. at present in government set up only mr vaccine so mumps is notc covered in mr vaccine.
