ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 20 days. old for skin rash apply emollient like cetaphil or alograce or lacto calamine lotion on affected area and if required use tenovate or emosome cream twice a day for 5 days

If your newborn has acne, you'll usually see breakouts on your baby's cheeks and nose. Acne can also appear on a baby's forehead, chin, scalp, neck, back, or chest. Neonatal acne is generally nothing to worry about.
