give colicaid drops thrice a day.
stool should be seeded.
frequency doesn't matter.
it should not be accompanied with mucus or blood

This can be due to teething.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, accepting feeds, motions are not watery, then no need to worry. Take care
