A. normal.. and no need to concern.. Green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. .It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby.

A. hi it is normal. I mean,if a child is taking breastfeeds ,it happens because of imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk. so please feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well. as far as your child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight , showing no discomfort ,no need to worry about anything.
