My daughter weight is very low as we expected please suggest us how to gain the weight

Namaste Mom, A full term baby is expected to almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and later triple by the age of 1, you may probably prefer to now give them soft consistency foods, include roti, rice, dals, curds, ghee, panner, egg yolk, chicken if preferred, sago, porridge, etc nuts and seeds

A. This is the right age where you can introduce all the family foods to the child whatever you are making at home roti sabji everything plus good veg proteins can be given to the child and you can also give egg yellow chicken and fish from the age of 11 months onwards
