my daughter weight is very less how can she become little healthy. please prescribe some tonic

A. Kindly share her weight and add desi ghee in meals and give one banana per day sweet potato pumpkin boiled potato eggs can be given and nuts should be a part of her daily diet

A. hello give fruits and vegetables well and also some kids can be slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet which can help on the growth of your child
