Q.

my daughter weight is overweight but she don't eat proper food and only love to have lot of sweets. She have been enrolled in swimming. pls provide me some with some information to reduce her weight. Her weight is 31kg .

A. Omg, sweets increase the weight most. Avoid sugary food items, give her a healthy balanced diet. Same situation i faced, i cut off my daughter's sugar intake & replaced it with fruits, peanut butter, healthy option.
