A. Namaste Mom. Baby should now be given soft consistency foods , were in you can include foods such as panner , dal , legumes such lobia , chana , rajma etc , sago , rice , roti , egg yolk , ghee , dry fruits

A. Well actually I’m just going to recommend you that you should give all the food to the child whatever is been traditionally made at home for your whole family that is what is going to be good and healthy for your child
