my daughter weight is 15kg it's enough for her age?

A. its good. still you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more fat and protein rich diet. offer more liquids and fruits

A. hi yes it is excellent. please follow healthy diet plan for a child which should include salad ,sabji , chapati, pulses , dairy products ,nuts etc
