My daughter was vaccinated but it has been 12 days and there is still a lump at the site. is it right or wrong to have a lump? what to do with it

A. Hello, Your baby girl is 19 months old and she has received her vaccinations 12 days ago but three’s is a swelling at the injection site so apply ice packs two times a for 10 days
