my daughter was feeding monkey so he grabbed her hand n took it in his mouth in that her hand also got rashed with its nail so is vaccination needed in this case

Absolutely there is no harm taking a tetanus because you know at the end of the day the animals are wild and they can pass on an infection and all also you said that there was a rash and the child was taken into the mouth by the monkey so not to take a chance please get injection done and consult your doctor
