my daughter was born on 2.3kg weight before 3years, so anything problem of her life

A. no, what is the current weight? Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

A. baby birth weight is fine.. you should take care that baby have healthy and balanced diet all foods fruit and vegetables as to get essential nutrients for healthy and balanced growth... cereals whole grains pulses proteins intake milk and dairy products..
