A. To increase the weight of baby, include fatty and protein rich foods in the diet like yolk of a boiled egg, mashed potato, rice, sweet potato, milkshakes with dry fruits, legumes, avocado, pumpkin soup, chicken soup, stuffed parantha, etc. Give approximately 750 to 800 ml milk per day. Feed 3 main meals and 2 times healthy snacks. Restrict intake of packaged foods.
