my daughter temperature is 99.4 should I give her fever syrup or not.she is playing but not having food properly.can anyone please advise

A. 99° is a base fever so your child is having fever you can definitely give medicine to the child and you can repeat it again after six hours if the temperature increases this is how you need to proceed with giving fever medicines to the child
