Q.
my son is having fever from 5 days it was around 99-99.5 temperature. after giving p-250 syrup it was coming to normal.from 3 days i am giving syrup 3 times per day .he was playing and active .can i consult doctor or it is going to normal ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Wait for another one day and repeat the dose after six hours and keep the baby hydrated by giving plenty of liquids and give light and easily digestible foods and give fruits
