Q.

my daughter temp 98.8 when take orally...and 97.6 when take armpit...which gives accurate reading.oral temp goes 99.5...my paediatric told me dat oral temp shows high..I should take arm pit temp.i m concerned about my 6 yr old daughter oral temp as it shown always 99.1-99.5 reading...

A. that's means my daughter having fever last 1month...as her oral temp around 99-99.5 daily

A. oral temperature is accurate temperature for axillary temperature you had add 1 degree + for oral temperature you had to take as it is . . . . .

A. Hi parent Temperature of 100f or above is fever. If temperature is 100f or more she can be given the paracetamol drops Keep her hydrated by giving her breast milk as well as fluids (if she's more than six months) Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered. Give her easy to digest food
