My daughter takes normal indian diet. She is 21.7kg. She is active through out the day and attentive to the class and perform well in every thing. Being in lock down her exposure to outside world is very less. is this ok?

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. yes this is normal, due to lock down kids are facing low energy, disconnecting from others, less social life, less physical activities all these are common in kids now a days due to the pandemic.
you can engage her in some indoor activities and try to spend some time playing with baby
