Q.

My daughter suffering fever two times in a month. Temperature raise upto 100&103degree. what can I do?

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can bef again rtepeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

A. hi dear If the child's temperature is higher than 100.4 F, call your pediatrician. A child this age should always be seen by their pediatrician if they are sick. Bathing or sponging the child with lukewarm water may help bring down a fever. Do not use cold water, ice baths, or alcohol.
