my daughter suffer from diarrhea since last 3-4 days .....i have take treatment also ..but nothing seen n positive . she is not eating anything.kindly help me

Hello ma’am Don’t give milk to your child for the time being you can give curd banana sabudana water ORS and think tablets on a regular basis so that the lose motions are in control. That would be the best thing to go for so as of now continue with the medicines and things I advised to go for
