my daughter starts crying a lot suddenly a couple of times a day at that time it difficult to handle her and does not even suck milk until the crying stop.

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of iasnfantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
