my daughter saanvi nag 10 months old she has cold and cough.symptoms is runny nose,watery eyes,sneezing and having a cough .my docter give me the medicine which photo i send you .now i want to know can i give this medicine and how many time and how much drops i give my child .her weight is 8 kg.due to some resons i can not take my child to doctor.pls help

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symp kgtoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
