Q.

my daughter's weight is not upto the mark .. she is 2 yr 9 m old and her present weight is 11.5kg .. what I have to do to increase her weight

A. add good good.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. You Should give really good amount of proteins to the child and daily diet that is going to help in slow weight gain but that is going to be steady weight gain that the child is going to have to try to give more of ghee and butter to your child in the daily diet because healthy fats are definitely the best option to go for
