my daughter s of 1yr. i saw white patches insideher miuth, i consulted dctr he said its fungal infection, is it common or a serious issue. i m worried n tensed ...plz help me....n she scnt at all getg weight. she s of 9kg only. i m gvg her all bt

A. A healthy baby with mild thrush may not need any treatment. More severe cases are likely to be treated with a liquid antifungal medicine. This is given through a dropper into your child's mouth. Or the medicine may be given as pills in an older child.
