My daughter's front teeth has some color change, what shall I do for that?

A. hello dear parent for this I would recommend you to visit a dentist as it might be a sign of early cavities and dentist will be able to tell you better after taking a quick look at the teeth.

A. hi it happens because of many reasons like poor oral hygiene, nutritional deficiency , intake of iron supplements etc. so please brush your child teeth twice in a day with low flouride toothpaste. avoid giving sticky and sugary food. offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. best to offer calcium rich food like ragi, nuts , dairy products etc more. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
