my daughter's age 3yrs her weight is 19kg I want to her weight loss So how can I take it???

A. dear Mum in order to loose weight give a healthy home based diet give whole grains, oats avoid refined cereals, bread high fibre and good protein sources give low fat milk and Milk products avoid fruit juices give whole fruit avoid high fat sugar and salt containing foods processed packaged foods set a positive example for child by yourself having healthy food habits encourage outdoor play physical activity
