Q.

My daughter's 1st flu vaccine was given on 30th december 2020 and accordingly 2nd dose was supposed to be given but due to stock unavailability its not given. Is it ok if the 2nd shot delays till april? And also due to the 2nd flu shot her other vaccines are also getting delayed. Since the 2nd flu shot is not available can she be given her other vaccines or should we wait for her flu shot to be completed. Please reply. Thanks.

A. there is nothing like acceptable limits and when you take the second dosage then only full immunity will be restored. that means the percentage of immunity will become normal only when the 2nd dosage is given to the child
